Before the flight
HeliWX is not an official source of aeronautical information and
does not replace an official pre-flight briefing. It does not guarantee the accuracy,
completeness or timeliness of what it displays, and must never be the sole basis of a
go/no-go decision.
What prevails
Regulations and the operator's and manufacturer's manuals always
prevail and must be complied with. HeliWX's verdicts support the decision; they never
authorise a flight.
In flight
HeliWX is never a primary means of navigation and must never
distract from flying the aircraft. The pilot-in-command remains solely responsible for
the flight and for obtaining all the information it requires.
